Mrs. Karen Capriotti, M.Ed.
Karen Capriotti has been employed by Lancaster - Lebanon I.U. 13 as a School Counselor since 1989. She has been "placed" at Lebanon Catholic (her Alma Mater) since then and at New Covenant Christian School since 2000. Currently she is responsible for students in grades 7 - 12 at LC and students in grades 9 - 12 at NC, and she is a Mental Health Specialist on I.U. 13's Crisis Response Flight Team.
Mrs. Capriotti was named Pennsylvania's "High School Counselor of the Year"
in 2012 (pictured here receiving that award from Ms. Michelle Brand, the
President of the PA. Counselors Association),and I. U. 13's "Non-Public
Educator of the Year" in 2006. She was inducted in to the Lebanon
Education Honor Society in 2006, and was recognized by the Lebanon
Valley Chamber of Commerce as an "Honored Educator" in 1997, 2002,
2004, and 2005.

Mrs. Capriotti is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Scranton,
earned a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from McDaniel College and Supervisor of Guidance Services Certification from Millersviile University.

the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association, the American
School Counselors Association and the Pennsylvania State Education Association.
